This website is designed to assist you with any questions you might have as a patient or carer. Information covers what to expect when someone is dying, looking after yourself while caring and what happens after someone dies. 

This information was developed as part of an initiative by the Marie Curie Delivering Choice Programme in South East London which was supported by the Pfizer UK Foundation (an initiative of Pfizer Limited).
